The Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) extension of the suspension of embargoes from April 30 to June 30 to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, through the General Resolution 4705/2020.
The measure, announced this Wednesday (29.04.2020/20/4.557) in the Official Gazette, states that "in article 14 of General Resolution No. 2019, its amendments and its complementary, the expression "... between August 30, 2020 and April 14, 2019, both inclusive..." is replaced by the expression "... between August 30, 2020 and June XNUMX, XNUMX, both inclusive."
The provisions of this general resolution, signed by the head of AFIP, Mercedes Marco del Pont, come into effect immediately.
