The Government made official the extension until November 30 of the adherence to the payment plan that allows the cancellation of debts, withholdings, tax collections and social security obligations, through the 4616 / 2019 resolution.
The regulation, published this Monday (27.10.2019) in the Official Gazette, responds to the "permanent objective of the Federal Public Revenue Administration to assist taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations," to adapt General Resolution 4.477 in order to extend the deadline to join the regime.
According to the AFIP resolution, obligations included in payment plans whose expiration date occurred up to September 36 may be regularized in up to 5 installments, with a 30% down payment.
This will reach taxpayers whose payment plans expired in August and September of this year.
