AFIP officially extends tax holiday until June 7

The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) formalized the Extension of the tax holiday until June 7 inclusive, through the  General Resolution 47225/2020 published this Wednesday (27.05.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette.

The entity announced that the measure will be in effect until the mandatory social, preventive and mandatory isolation imposed by the National Government due to the coronavirus lasts.

In this way, the Suspension of the calculation of the deadlines in force for taxpayers in the various administrative procedures such as ex officio determinations, investigations, fines, discharges, closures, payment notices and inspection requests, among others.

However, the entity warned: "The measure does not imply any modification or extension of tax due dates."
