The Federal Public Revenue Administration ( AFIP ) digitized the "Multinota" so that taxpayers can carry out their procedures without having to go to a branch of the organization.
This is clear from the General resolution 4503/2019 published this Wednesday (12/06.2019/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette.
All taxpayers will be registered for the service, so they will not have to complete any additional procedures to use it.
From now on, the list of corresponding operations is available on the microsite “Digital Presentations” from the organization's website.
Previously, the “Multinota” could be completed online, but then it had to be printed and submitted to an AFIP office. However, with the new format, the process is 100% digital.
The requirements to access the “Digital Presentations” option are:
a) Have a Unique Tax Identification Code (CUIT), Unique Labor Identification Code (CUIL)
b) Have a “Tax Code” with level 2 or higher.
c) Have an Electronic Tax Address
In the first stage, the service will be available for the following submissions: Payment plans; modification of the administrative status of the CUIT; change of the fiscal year closing date; retroactive cancellation of taxes or regimes; and tax executions. Later, it will be enabled for the rest of the submissions.
In this way, AFIP is deepening its strategy of digitizing most of the procedures so that citizens can pay their taxes in a more agile and simple way. In this regard, it is worth remembering that the “Tax Key Portal” is already in operation, a new access tool to the AFIP website and, in addition, the Facial Recognition service has already been incorporated into the “My AFIP” APP, a new option to generate and recover the tax key with security level 3, through a cell phone.
As a result of this strategy to facilitate procedures, since January of this year, 48% of CUITs and 71% of tax code registrations have been managed completely digitally. Furthermore, taxpayers can also process the CETA for the purchase and sale of motor vehicles online, without having to appear at an agency of the agency.
