The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) enabled the online mechanism for the companies that are part of the Refining Plus program may affect the tax credit granted by the Ministry of Energy for the payment of export duties electronically, a procedure that until now was done on paper.
This is established by the General Resolution 4762/2020, published this Friday (17.07.2020) in the Official Gazette, whose text details the procedure for the registration and application of the aforementioned electronic vouchers.
The provisions of the general resolution will enter into force as of Friday, July 24, 2020.
