Taxpayers who wish to settle their tax debts early may do so through electronic payment, using the alternative provided by the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP).
Through General Resolution 4407/2019 Published this Tuesday (29.1.2019) in the Official Gazette, the AFIP enabled a new feature in the computer system called My Facilities to carry out the Total Early Cancellation (CAT) of current payment plans through electronic transfer of funds, by generating an Electronic Payment Slip (VEP).
Through various payment facility plans in force, AFIP enables the regularization in installments of tax debts, social security and customs resources, as well as their interest and fines.
All of them contemplate the alternative of requesting early cancellation of the debt in a single installment, which will be debited from the current account or savings account enabled.
Consequently, AFIP considered it feasible to allow interested parties to choose to pay off their debt in advance through the electronic payment procedure by generating a VEP, based on a new feature in the Mis Facilidades system.
