The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) made official the extension of the embargoes on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises registered in the corresponding categories until next December 31, through the General resolution 4638/2019.

The regulation, published this Friday (29.11.2019) in the Official Gazette, indicates that it suspends “…between the days August 14, 2019 and December 31, 2019, both inclusive…,” the impediment of precautionary measures corresponding to subjects that register the status of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Likewise, the official text clarifies that such benefit, which reaches subjects that register the condition of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises registered in the "Registry of MiPyMES Companies" or that are characterized in the "Registry System" as "Potential Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise - Section I and II", must be carried out, if applicable, progressively between the months of January 2020 and April 2020, both inclusive."

The measure, signed by the head of the AFIP, Leandro Cuccioli, comes into effect immediately.
