The Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) extends the suspension of the initiation of tax enforcement proceedings until June 1, 2020 corresponding to subjects with tax domicile in the province of Tierra del Fuego, through the General Resolution 4672/2020.
The regulation, published this Friday (07.02.2020/1/2020) in the Official Gazette, states that "the suspension established by article 1 of General Resolution No. 4.543 is extended until June XNUMX, XNUMX, inclusive."
The official text clarifies that "for the purposes of granting benefits, new applicants must submit the note provided for in article 3 of the aforementioned regulation, until March 13, 2020, inclusive."
The provisions of the general resolution, signed by the head of AFIP, Mercedes Marcó del Pont, come into effect immediately.
