The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) extends the suspension of tax executions and precautionary measures until the end of July, through general resolutions 4740 y 4741.
The measure published this Friday (26.06.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, states that "it extends until July 31, 2020, including the suspension of the initiation of tax enforcement proceedings."
The official text explains that the decision contemplated the extension of the isolation on several occasions and is maintained to this day in certain regions of the country, while the lifting of the judicial recess by the Supreme Court of Justice was ordered with respect to certain courts.
Expired payment facility regime
Through General Resolution 4742. the tax authority extends until the end of July the deadline for joining the new payment facility regime that allows financing the tax, customs and social security resources obligations.
The regulations provide for an extension “…until July 31, 2020, inclusive,” the official text states.
