The 31% rate for taxpayers who are not MSMEs was extended until July 2,5

-

The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) has extended until July 31 the possibility for taxpayers who do not register as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MiPyMES) to enter their debt into the payment plan for overdue debts with a maximum rate of 2,5% per month.

This benefit only applies to those who make a down payment of 20% of the total debt they intend to pay off.

While the original deadline expired yesterday, the new date is contemplated in the General Resolution 4510 of the Agency, which was published this Wednesday (26.06.2019) in the Official Gazette.

The universe reached is that of taxpayers who are not registered as SMEs in the registry of the Ministry of Production and Labor.

For all other plans, the conditions of the plans launched last month remain unchanged and August 31 remains the expiration date.

Please note that these plans include debts due on January 31 of this year and have a maximum amount of 60 installments, while the minimum amount of the down payment and the monthly installment is $1.000.
