The AFIP establishes that those responsible for VAT registration who carry out Investments in electricity production projects using renewable energy sources throughout the national territory, may request accreditation, against other taxes, of the VAT that has been invoiced to them for the purchase, manufacture, production or definitive import of capital goods, new in all cases, or the execution of infrastructure, electromechanical and assembly works.
The decision was announced through the General Resolution 4101 published in the Official Gazette
