The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) created within the Infrastructure and Logistics Directorate, dependent on the General Subdirectorate of Financial Administration, the Environmental Management Commission that will be responsible for evaluating and processing all the procedures involving the collecting agency in relation to environmental matters.
He did it through the provision 444/2019 published this Friday (22.11.2019/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, which specified that the Commission will be made up of AFIP agents Jorge Criado, Martín Ayerbe, Lida Borello, Alfredo Navarro, Miguel Ángel Porto.
The Commission also established that officials of the Commission will represent the AFIP in accordance with their specific competence, acting jointly, separately or indistinctly, in all those actions that must be carried out before the respective enforcement authorities at the national and local level, in aspects related to chemical substances, hazardous waste, urban and recyclable solid waste and environmental management thereof
