The national government has officially launched the Simplified Share System (SAS), a new legal form that seeks to encourage the opening of businesses and job creation.
This is established by the Joint General Resolution 4264/2018 published this Monday (18.6.2018) in the Official Gazette.
Incentive for entrepreneurs
The SAS was created under the Entrepreneurs Law to encourage the creation of new businesses, allowing the creation of a company in 24 hours, through a simple online procedure, and for 4500 pesos.
In addition, it allows the entrepreneur to have his signature, books and powers in digital format; to decide at what price to issue the shares; and to access benefits such as loans, virtual spaces for training in creativity and financing instruments.
Aduana News is the first Argentine customs newspaper to launch its digital version. With 20 years of experience, its publications and initiatives aim to provide the most relevant knowledge on customs issues in order to contribute to safe trade in the region.
