The Federal Public Revenue Administration approved the complementary procedures related to controls on unloading in ports, through the General resolution 4576/2019 published this Wednesday in the Official Gazette.
The regulations indicate that lPort operators and port terminals must provide the customs authorities in the area with information on the outcome of the unloading within one hour after the completion of the unloading of maritime transport vehicles operating within their jurisdiction.
The information provided must be submitted electronically by those responsible for port operators or port terminals.
The information required in The discharge communication will be complementary with respect to controls carried out by the customs service.
Compliance with the deadlines for justifications of irregularities and other new developments will be monitored based on the date and time of completion of the download.
In the event of false or omitted information in the discharge communication, a summary will be opened for the relevant customs infringement.
