The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) adapts the special regime for temporary importation of goods to receive industrial improvement, through General Resolution 4462/2019.
La regulations published in the Official Gazette this Monday (22.4.2019) states that "by virtue of the changes introduced in the temporary import regime in treatment, it is necessary adapt the operational aspects and applicable procedures established at customs headquarters«.
The resolution states that "all goods intended to undergo industrial processing are considered to be included, both those of foreign origin and those of national origin that have been previously exported for consumption."
Furthermore, it indicates that "goods that disappear totally or partially in the production process, those that constitute auxiliary elements for said process and those that are usual auxiliaries of commercial practice, suitable for packaging, containing and conditioning, are also included, provided that the latter are exported with the respective goods."
The measure will come into effect on Monday, April 29, 2019.
