The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) adjusts the regime for consignment shipments.
The body does this through the General resolution 4475/2019 published this Monday (6.5.2019) in the Official Gazette.
According to the text, all merchandise included in the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR that is classified as "Argentine, New, Unused" may be affected by this regime, provided that it is not subject to any prohibition, suspension or particular regime.
