The Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) established a new tariff table for extraordinary services received by customs personnel that will come into effect on December 1, according to the resolution 4639/2019.
The measure, published this Friday (29.11.2019) in the Official Gazette, details the update of the remunerations for extraordinary enabling services provided by the staff of this Federal Administration and modifies section c), point 8., of Section VII., of Annex II of General Resolution No. 665, its amendments and supplements, with the following:
- Basic Convention.
- Seniority: 8 years up to CTA 9 and 5 years for CTA 10 and below.
- Additional for hierarchical position.
- Additional technical operation.
- Compensation for snack - SEVENTY PERCENT (70%) of the value of the snack.
- Compensation for exceeding goals.
- Salary Increase – Fixed Sum.
- Percentage of unfavorable area that corresponds to the operational location where the service is performed.
- Any other general concepts that may be assigned in the future.
The AFIP indicates that "the value thus determined, as stated in the previous paragraph, will be added to the twelfth part as an annual supplementary salary, the respective proportion of employer contributions, seven percent (7%) for administration, supervision, dog handlers and scanner operators expenses and the additional surcharge for non-working hours and days. To calculate the hourly value, the previous result will be divided by one hundred and sixty (160) hours."
