The company will allow refunds for passengers heading to or departing from China and Italy until May 31 inclusive. The same applies to those who have been in the Asian giant in the last 15 days and are not allowed to enter the United States, New Zealand, Australia, Tahiti and Paraguay.
The statement clarifies that "changes will be authorized for both paid tickets and one-time Aerolíneas Plus passengers purchased through direct channels or travel agencies."
