These are non-refundable funds under Law No. 25.080, with the aim of promoting greater equity, according to the Ministry of Agribusiness.
The Ministry of Agroindustry, through the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, signed the new structure of Forest values intended to provide non-refundable economic support to producers in planted forests, promoting greater equity in the granting of the benefit.
The measure, published this Wednesday (7-2-2018) in the Official Gazette, corresponds to the Resolution No. 10-E/2018 and updates costs effective as of plan submissions made since January 1, 2016.
The modification was made after consultations on pricing methodology carried out in the different forestry areas, with the participation of producers and provincial authorities.
Resolution No. 10-E/2018 is developed within the framework of Law No. 25.080 on Investments for Cultivated Forests, its complementary regulations and the corresponding promotion regime.
